My Grandmother. Lord knows that she has been through a lot in her lifetime. She has seen loved ones come and go way too young, including her first husband. She is a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother. She raised 4 successful daughters and younger siblings on her own and did it with grace and dignity even in times of hardship.
Today is her 75th birthday, Mother’s Day AND her 15th Wedding Anniversary is just days away. She has many stories to tell including ones that will make you blush or ones that will keep you hanging on every word to find out what happened next! She gets mad at me for not visiting enough. She is full of Newfie blood which tells you that she can dish out a joke like best of them. She has Facebook and follows my blog!
She is Alice… She is my awesome grandmother!

Happy Mother’s day to you as well! Even though we have our daily chats on the phone, there is nothing like spending a day like today together!

Thank you for all of the extra special Mother’s day crafts that you made! You have a way of reminding me everyday why being your Mom is the best gift in the world!

People who tell me that I am attached to my camera have to understand that I come by it naturally. This is my family and our extended camera family!
