Welcome to my Blog!

A psychic once told me that I would have two kinds of jobs in my life: a job that gave me money and a job that gave me pleasure in life; but I would have to choose one. She also said that she could see me in Rome with a man whose name started with the letter M. At the time, I couldn't believe her! A small town girl like me... in Rome? I was only 17 at the time... It all meant nothing. I haven't thought about that psychic in more than 15 years, until now.

Right now, I have a very unique job that let's me travel around the world while dealing with very high profile clients (Money), I love my job... but lately I have debated on giving up my day job to become a full time photographer because that's where my passion has led me (Pleasure). I would have never thought that I could pursue my dream of owning my own photography business if it hadn't been for the love of my life pushing me everyday to do what I love. Did I mention that his name begins with (M) and that he's Italian? This small town girl is moving to overseas in the next few months do to what I love. I really wish I could remember that psychic's name!

I currently live in Ontario, Canada with my 8 year old daughter. She is my sunshine... my only sunshine! You will see her in my blog photos more than anyone else. I can't help it, she's just so cute! The photos that I have of her I will treasure for life. They are REAL moment photos that really show her personality. That is my photography style and what I aim for when shooting: Real. Life. Photography.

Nothing pleases me more than when I give my clients their photos and see the smiles on their faces. Whether it's wedding photography, boudoir or children’s photography, the smiles always come out!

I love photography… and it shows!

Unbreakable

It’s stronger, bigger and mightier than anything else in the world that I can think of.
It’s unbreakable… it’s bullet proof… it comes with a lifetime guarantee.
What is it?
It’s the bond between a mother and her child… especially when it’s her daughter.
There may be tough times ahead… but our love and friendship will keep us strong.
It’s...

Alice’s wonderland

My Grandmother.  Lord knows that she has been through a lot in her lifetime. She has seen loved ones come and go way too young, including her first husband. She is a mother, a grandmother and a great grandmother. She raised 4 successful daughters and younger siblings on her own and did it with grace...

Valentine’s Get Away!

Shopping, swimming, jumping on beds…. Girls just want to have fun!
Ryenne and I took full advantage of the new ever-so-fabulous Canadian holiday called “Family Day” by heading state side for 2 nights on a little girly get away.  We hit the pools, the movie theater, Rainforest Cafe, Jeepers, and the accessories stores (of course!).  Aside from...

Winter Wonderland… Brrrrr!

If you are a follower of my blog, you have heard me express my deep hatred for being cooold! I am a sunshine girl and that’s all there is to it!
When I woke up this morning, sunlight was spilling through my windows! Hmm… If I just don’t look out the window, it could be summer...

Muchas Photos!

My suitcase is still full, but the photos are up! These are the priorities in life!
Our trip took place in Guadalajara, Lake Chapala, Tequila, Puerto Vallarta, and Manzanillo. All very beautiful, all very tasty! My tolerance for spice is certainly heightened right now! I am going to have to keep up with eating spicy food...

2009 Stories to tell

I heard someone say that life begins at 30… I have also heard that life doesn’t begin until you are 40. If any of this is true then I have one fantastic life just waiting to be lived!
2009: my 30th year…
It has certainly been my most extraordinary year yet. It has been filled with so...

Brrrr… it begins!

Yes, I know… another posting of my daughter!
What can I say; she is just so darn cute!
Now that we are officially in the colder season, I am really trying to force myself to get outside into the fresh crisp air instead of hiding away in the warmth of my apartment all winter! The only reasons...
